Ecostacs Consulting was founded with a straightforward observation: too many organisations in Kenya and across East Africa were making consequential decisions — on growth, compliance, and risk — without the analytical rigour or strategic clarity those decisions demanded.
We set out to build a firm that combined deep local market knowledge with structured, evidence-based methodology. Not a firm that delivers reports and disappears, but one that stays engaged until the strategy is working.
